The CS-21-11, along with the CS-35-11, was the first offering from Martin’s new Custom Shop line of unique limited editions.
I love this model. Rear shifted, subtle but beautifully ‘woody’ aesthetic. Unique (I believe) silver logo. Amazing but unique voice. Very very different from my ‘41 D28 Authentic. While im mostly finger style, i flat pick too. For my taste, i think this is unequaled in balance clarity and projection. While im normally a medium phosphor bronze guy, these guitars (have 2!) actually sound better with med-light or light strings while losing almost nothing in power.
