“Never woofy nor muddy, there is a firmness from the bottom E string. It is buoyant, yet taught and strong. The fundamentals across the middle register are well balanced in volume and projection, with the note from each string narrowing in timbre as they increase in pitch, but all three have a fullness that extends the general sense of warmth up through midrange.
